Every portrait is my interpretation of your person. That's what you're commissioning: not a copy of a photo, but how I see them.
The fine print
One subject per portrait, on a plain background.
I paint with full creative freedom, so revision requests aren't offered. Book if you love my style as it is.

The 3 photos I need
1 A clear face shot. Natural light, looking toward the camera, no filters.
2 A half or full body shot. Shows posture, build and how they carry themselves.
3 A personality shot. Their laugh, their favorite outfit, the photo that feels most like them.
Unfiltered, high-resolution originals only. No social media screenshots, please.
The work so far.
Figure paintings in acrylic and mixed media, celebrating the beauty of all bodies, especially people of color.
I'm a traveling mixed-media artist, educator and author. My portraits celebrate the beauty of every body, especially Black and Brown ones. I'm also the founder of POC Poses, a drawing-reference library that helps artists draw people of color with confidence.
